View this email in your browser Caversham Working Men's Social Club Good Afternoon Gentlemen I hope you all had yourselves a very merry Christmas - I know I did! Just a couple of Updates Old Boy's For the regular Friday Morning Old boy's - the club will be open as usual at 10.30am New Year's Eve Saturday is New Year's  Eve - that means we will be celebrating the new year with regular DJ Jim Day So as there is NO MIX-UP - Last orders will be at 12.30am - Bar will close at 12.45am - Music WILL STOP at 1am So come on in and celebrate the new year with us - Also there is a finger buffet available on the night - Please remember there are no children allowed at this event Quiz Night On Tuesday 3rd January its Quiz Night - £1 per player - maximum 6 players per team - starts at 8pm Dry January If you are considering to partake in Dry January - Then consider this - Alcohol free drinking - yes, we have a good range of 0% drinks that may be to your taste - they include                 Stella - Corona - Becks - Peroni - Heineken - San Miguel - Kopparberg - Guinness - Brew Dog & Ghost Ship(0.5%)  Alan Clinch Alan's sister Mary has given us an update - The funeral will be at Reading Crematorium on Tuesday 10th January at 1.45pm - There was no mention of a wake - I have asked Mary for conformation of a wake if they have one - I will update you when possible That's all for now!
