Important Notice
Some of you may already have attempted to contact the club via our usual telephone numbers
However due to the wisdom of our supplier - Virgin - we are currently switched off
On October 31st Virgin turned off the old copper wire lines and switched to the new Voice IP system
Unfortunately - you need telephones that plug into a router to enable us to have telephones - the work for the new router system has been delayed - 18th September is when Virgin were due to enter the premises to do the work - since then it has been delayed (7)Seven times - work will now commence on or around the 28th November
So, It was suggested by committee member Guy Cleall (Thank You Guy) - to purchase a cheap mobile phone as an alternative line of contact - so until Virgin have completed their work - the new temporary club contact number will be -
07857 506 369
I apologise sincerely for the disruption - I am working to get this resolved as quickly as I can
If you know of any members who do not receive these emails - can you please pass on this information
On a lighter note - we have live music in the function room this Saturday November 5th - VISION will be entertaining us with all their genre of music - so come on in and support the band and enjoy what I'm sure will be a wonderful evening
